I try to mix it up with one of each:
Meat:
Chicken
Salmon
Tilapia
Tuna
Hamburger
Vegetables:
Broccoli
Cauliflower
Carrots
Brussels sprouts
Peas
Carbs:
Brown rice
Quinoa
Sweet potatoes
Breakfast is usually eggs and plain oatmeal with some PB2 fit and some trail mix or frozen blueberries thrown in.
