I was thinking about this earlier and I can't help but wonder if he's biding his time because:
A. He wants to make absolutely certain of what he says (ie: wants to know exactly what's in it before going off on it)
B. By holding back, he's actually causing more of a demand for it. Think about it, when was the last time the media was anxious for a Trump tweet?
