Dawkins defense is basically what everyone is saying to defend Wade. Everyone does it no one is defrauded here.

The defense may not work. But they have Dawkins on hundreds of hours of tape. He can’t argue he didn’t do it. His lawyers are saying look sure but this is how basketball recruiting is. Everyone knows it and my client did not defraud anyone.
