I just started watching it and the first thing I’m noticing is that the narration is mostly being done by the investigator woman. She’s talking in the definitive about events that she obviously was not present to observe. I have a problem with that.

This doesn’t seem like a responsible documentary. The investigator should tell the story by attributing the source of the information, either from testimony or physical evidence, as she is providing the information.
