PS4 help - one specific game loading but not playing right

Several other games have been played and they all have zero problems , no glitches, etc.
Rented Division 2 - copied the disk and downloaded the update - nothing but bugs in the game. Invisible enemies , no sound, stuck in loading screens. I deleted the game from library and copied the disk again, and had to redownload the update file. Try again this morning, and it is the same exact problems.
I also tried a safe mode rebuild of the database but that didn't do anything. Any suggestions ?

Just so we're clear, are you asking for help pirating a game?

No. When you insert a game into the PS4 the exact wording is copying disc onto hard drive. You still have to use the disc once it's downloaded. Just saying I reinstalled it twice.

Disc is probably messed up

A third reinstall and patch download did the trick.
