Think I'm ready to take a small mental break from hoops between the buffoonery I just watched and this whole mess this past week. Wake me up on Selection Sunday evening.

Baseball kinda sucks too. Tied for worst overall record in the SEC.

The offense needs to turn it on. I don’t see pitching really improving much over the course of the year wh the exception of Hess solidifying the Friday night role. And even then he’ll never be a dominant ace. And pretty much every baserunner we allow on is going to have the green light to take second until Garza takes over behind the plate.

At some point people will realize that no matter how bad an LSU baseball team might look in February and March, it is never smart to bet against them by the time SEC play rolls around.
