I'm sort of in the same boat. I have my CIA and am studying for the CISA right now. After that I'm considering sitting for the CPA. I need to take one more BLAW class before I can sit for it, then I'd need another 20 hours or so to get the license. I'd take the remaining hours after I would pass, though.

I’ve got my accounting degree but I need three more classes to sit for the CPA exam.
