I was under the impression that we had to get a pick in return so I was looking to swap.
If we can trade picks outright, I'd like to trade one or both of my first 2 picks for a SP & position player if anyone is interested.

You can trade a pick and get one of his last picks, you just can't go into the redraft with more than 8 players. So if you do a pick swap for a player you will need to drop one of your 8.
