The institutions in Zimbabwe aren’t strong enough to make that promise anything more than words on paper, unfortunately.
They don’t have the culture of law and order. It’s all very zero sum.

Yeah if I’m a white farmer I’m filing this under “not a fricking chance”. Seen the ending to that movie and it sucked, frick the sequel.
