Crazy people are crazy.
Doesn't really matter if the nut in the asylum thinks he is Napoleon Bonaparte or Teddy Roosevelt.
Same thing applies here. Doesn't matter if they want to cut their johnson off to become a woman, gouge their own eyes out to become disabled, or have their nipples removed to become an "alien".
