UPDATE. I'm now down 42 pounds. Two weeks ago I added about 400-500 calories/day to my eating. I added 2 chicken breasts and another protein shake. My protein shake I drink has 120 calories and 20g of protein per serving. Since adding the 400-500 calories/day I've slowly lost about 1.5 pounds/week the last two weeks. This lets me know I could probably add another 400-500 calories/day and break about even for the week.

During these last 2 weeks I can see more muscle definition than I could before which is exciting

My eating now looks like this:
After workout 9:30am protein shake (120 calories 20g protein)
linch 11:30am salad with spinach, tomatoes, cucumbers, egg, balsamic dressing, one avocado, 2 chicken breasts
snack 2:30pm protein shake (120 calories 20g protein) and a fruit cup
dinner 6:00ish usually something with about 800-1000 calories

all this is roughly 2100-2300 calories/day

My wife and friends say I should start a blog because what I have done makes people literally wanna ask me about EVERYTHING I've been doing to drop this weight
