Nope, his attys know full well this cant and wont be allowed in trial BUT his attys are hopefully getting it into the minds of potential jurors right now. From ine criminal trial lawyer to another, his atty is planting the seeds of "jury confusion" aka the only viable strategy we have most of the time.
