I have the Nest outdoor camera as well as the Nest Secure alarm system and I have been satisfied with it. I like having everything in one app. You could look into the Nest Secure starter pack that comes with a camera.

Ring is super cheap and great. Ring makes cameras that are completely wireless, you need to recharge the battery occasionally.
I have the ring alarm and a few floodlight cameras, and the pro doorbell. Works great together.
