To be honest, the GM and coach should stay put until the team knows which path they take. If you take the Knicks package, you won’t be ready to compete for another 2-3 years. I don’t expect any big moves during that time frame.

If you go for Boston’s package, I’d move on from the current staff as the players coming in would be ready to compete.

It all depends on which trade they take in the summer.
