At first glance, it appears the way in which he leaked is the issue
“Sources” exist every day and everywhere. Be definition, it is leaked information due to the sensativeness or timeliness nature.
Sounds like Adnan sourced a report on a company phone or email. That is the mishap.
99.9 of the time, a reporter isn’t outing a source, so if it’s leaked on a private device, an employer would have a hard time proving it
