Really seems like if that is true it would also open the market for developers. Might be naive but building w a low psf mindset, someone would take advantage of just above mean rent on a lean blueprint. Take equity as quickly as possible. Denver is very expensive today (cousin is a major mortgage lending co owner in Colorado... Kind of jealous of him).
