If the Dums don't negotiate then they will look like shite for saying they will and it will give President Trump the reason why he has no other chioce but to declare a national emergency.
If the Dums file a lawsuit after he declares a national emergency then the case will be before the SCOTUS in less than a month and the SCOTUS will rule in his favor by at least a 5-4 vote.
