Then we have a discontinuity between wikileaks and the GRU.

He's already indicted GRU for the hacking. I imagine he's looking into the wikileaks to GRU step. Assange has denied he got it from Russians. He could be lying or possibly there may be another cutout like Stone was a cutout on the American side.
