He's not though, lets say they score the hypothetical TD on that drive. The Saints are down by4 and have have driven the ball down the field. With the Non call being called, the saints have the ball at what the 4? we are very much in position to score a TD still and win the game.
THAT Non call changed the entire game- gave the other team the ball back with more time on the clock than what could/should have been. it changed the outcome.
