I’m glad they caught the guy. The way that facility is set up.....there isn’t a way to really track down any visitors. From what I’ve been told you can visit 24/7 there. If a visitor had been the rapist....I don’t see how they would have caught him.
And people may be quick to say “they should shut that facility down”....the sad truth is that many of the patients there.....would have no where else to go if that happened.

This story is so confusing. Did he say she consented? How much of a vegetable is she? Can she speak a little or just total vegetable?
