Sounds great to the lay public, but it's complete garbage in medical terms.
There is no circumstance in which care of a woman would be more safely administered at an abortion clinic rather than in a C-section suite, if she needed to end a late-term pregnancy. Nor BTW is there a situation in which c-section intervention would be denied her to save her life, regardless of abortion law.

C-sections are not zero-risk to the mother. There could be underlying risks that make a C-section in that particular woman not the ideal choice.
