Who the hell upvoted this post? You really don't know talent if you can't see that this guy is the best all around back in the country. Not only can he run with the ball, create like LF couldn't but he can also catch on swings and run routes. Plus he will stone any blitzer trying to get to his QB. He's smart as well, something LF was lacking a bit. LF was simply a freak athlete so if comparing to him no one will measure up.

Davis is actually a very similar back but lacks some of Emery's running tools, especially his cutting ability and slow/go ability. Emery won't be caught in the backfield often like LF was and I think Davis could be also but you give Davis a hole to get going in and he's probably the best in line back in the country. Emery can make something from nothing and break tackles just like Davis can. Both are about the same speed but what's separates them is Emerys agility. Davis will be a great back though and I think there will be moments when we say damn Davis is the man. That's a great thing.

BTW Emery will certainly prove you wrong. Go Tigers!
