The NCAA looks at JUCO or Div II (or whatever it is called now) as a whole separate thing in many areas. One of those is "class".

When you move between the two, the idea of what class you are in, i.e. when you move, becomes fluid.

Somewhat of a related example: you go to JUCO because you don't have the grades and/or credits/hours to qualify for Div I. If you don't qualify your class changes. To move from JUCO back to Div I, the same thing applies.

The "class clock" and the "eligibility clock" are different... "class clock" depends on division, "eligibility clock" keeps running.
