my ideology is that Trump uses every available tool to him as president until such time as the EGREGIOUS trade imbalances are rectified..and that doesn't include china agreeing to go on a one-time shopping spree to placate trump until he's out of office. you really think this is going to solve the problem? We need actual WRITTEN AGREEMENTS and proof of the trade balance improving while we still have a president in office who gives a damn.
