why does everyone think everything is for free, tell your snotty, entitled arse Jaxyn to get off his lazy arse and start applying for grants and scholarships, already missed out on a boatload because they were only available to hs jumiors

The state pays for every kid with a 20 on the ACT to go to college, and neglects its high performers while complaining that the workforce isn't educated. It's not that we think it should he free just because, it's that there is a gross and obvious misuse of resources. All why the people that get to appropriate them complain about shite that would be fixed.
