Oh I - whole hardheartedly agree - when it comes to eminent domain.

The Maj - erroneously jumped in thinking he had something to offer. I was high-lighting the other man's concern for water rights in this issue (to Y.A. Tittle). Sometimes it might help to follow the trail backward to see where someones coming from. I never took a stand on eminent domain; except perhaps top say it would be opening up a whole can of worms. And then you too... (nevermind)
