The most frustrating loss was Auburn when Diesel created his legend. He had like 230 yards on about 20 or so carries and should have had more. DiNardo decided to pass on third and two when a first down would have essentially sealed the victory. Imagine that team if Diesel hadn’t broken his leg.

I really liked DiNardo, but Tepper was mind boggling awful!

I remember Cecil was leading the country in rushing after 4 weeks and he had only played in 3 games. And it was against pretty tough defenses-AU, Vandy, and Miss State if I recall. Loved that guy.
