What's wrong with square toe boots?

It’s a horrible look, the French toe dress boots are even worse

We talking steel toe work boots, because my Justin’s have been square for a decade.

OP probably doesn't have an outfit to wear with square toes, so he's throwing a hissy fit

Toe shapes for shoes change every 6-10 years. Square toes were in style in the 90s and are just cycling through again.

Don't get me wrong I prefer a round toe or a 7 toe.
I just don't see anything wrong with a square toe boot

most boots were square toe in the early to mid 1800s. Pointed toes didn't come in until the westward expansion and cowboys

I get it for a work boot, but not a casual boot. It just doesn't look right.
