Toe shapes for shoes change every 6-10 years. Square toes were in style in the 90s and are just cycling through again.

Don't get me wrong I prefer a round toe or a 7 toe.

I just don't see anything wrong with a square toe boot

most boots were square toe in the early to mid 1800s. Pointed toes didn't come in until the westward expansion and cowboys

I get it for a work boot, but not a casual boot. It just doesn't look right.
