Democrat to Introduce Articles of Impeachment Against Donald Trump

Well, that didn't take long.
"Sherman (D-Northridge) is reintroducing a measure that he first rolled out in 2017. But this year it carries more political significance: The decision of whether to act on it rests with Democrats — not Trump’s Republican allies.
Sherman’s articles of impeachment accuse Trump of obstructing justice by firing former FBI Director James B. Comey, among other wrongdoing."
Let's see if the Democrat house passes it.

They aren't stupid enough to call a floor vote before the Mueller report is released. Impeachment is a gun that can only be fired once, from a political capital standpoint. They'll wait at least until February/whenever the SC's report is made available to the public. Whether or not it can pass the House will depend on whether the language Mueller uses is sufficient to give midwestern and southern democrats enough cover to vote for impeachment.
