Start with 1 rep per set then. Go up and progress as you can. Stick to the diet and doing them for at least 3 sets daily and you will progress faster than you think.

So yesterday I did a walk and today did the same. Will test my burpees tomorrow with 50 for time.

So far as of this morning I am down 1.5" in the waist.

Starting the diet today, if I understand correctly, I'm fasting everyday till noon?
