Enjoyed the most?
Probably Rocky IV - it's just so over-the-top 80's awesomeness.
But Rocky - the Oscar winner - is a real movie, a love story about two-loners and outcasts living desperate lives and the best movie - it almost bears little resemblence to the sequels which just became boxing movies.

1 is the best actual movie. It's a legit great sports drama.
I enjoy 3 and 4 as much or more for cheese factor. 4 probably more because Rocky ends the Cold War, we get a full James Brown performance, there's a robot/sex robot and there are two training montages separated by 15 seconds of dialogue. Then Rocky runs up a mountain.
Of course, 3 also has:
Remember, they are both married men, and just really good friends.
