Part of me wonders what happens if Germany wins the First World War. What that Europe looks like in 1945.

Would they have punished the Allies like they were punished? Would we have seen a New Napoleon rise from the ashes?

Could have gone the other way, with countless European refugees fleeing from German rule, going en masse to foreign lands. You did see it to some extent.
