Thanks for the truth in advertising. Whether intentional or not, every one of your posts is a hijack of the original thread which on its merits is a very positive result for LSU. Compared to other schools and even the recent past, we killed it putting up a fence around our state this year.

Looks like we have equaled Bama for in state talent...you are right.

I'm fighting a false narrative and my posts have been needing to be written for some time...hijack or not, we have to be lock tight with almost 100% lock down for LA kids to ever beat Bama. That's our base then out of state to supplement.

Every LA 4 star or better kid that commits to Bama becomes a double wammy for LSU...LSU usually must make due with lesser talent and Bama gets a very talented kid that helps them beat LSU and win a NC. It's a vicious cycle that has to end and is the major reason we are 0-8 the last 8 games vs. Bama. But, there is an "ostrich affect" within our fan base that refuses to see it. I came hard and strong to counter that faction on this site and in the fan base.

Orgeron said and I quote, "We need better recruits"...did he not? Did he not say his goal was to "put the fence back up around Louisiana?"

I have said nothing in all these posts contrary to what Ed Orgeron said himself, publicly. If he can only beat Saban and win a NC, hell, I'd take an SEC Championship and playoff berth and be happy as hell to have the "Shrimp Boat Captain" as our HC...serve me some Gumbo, please!...two bags full, just friking lock down the state and beat Bama!!!

February is not here yet, I have hopes that we can land a decommitment and commitment from one, just one U High 4 star...that would make LSU 9 of the top 11 and I can live with that!
