What the frick did I just watch? Story just didn’t seem to know which direction it wanted to go in.

I caught the last half of it a couple of weeks ago. It was ok. Kind of a cute little story that I don't care if I ever see again.

Novelty of it wore off fairly quickly for me. Totally agree the story sorta wandered for most of it. I did think the Korean chick was kinda funny (She's from New Orleans East I think)

It could have been a great, light hearted, feel good comedy if it had stuck to the tiny world and it’s disconnect with the overall world at large. Instead it tried to make some grand statement on the fundamental natures of humanity, and it really didn’t know how to go about accomplishing this. Which I think is where the lack of direction came into play.
Overall I was throughly disappointed. It wasted an incredible hook by trying to be something more than it needed to be.

The first like 30-40 mins are pretty good but then it just completely nose-dives. Would've been better if it had been more about him trying to get back with Kristen Wiig and ditch the whole commune storyline. It was just so bad.

It had so much potential, but was utterly horrible.
I agree with the other posters, it started out good then wandered off into some idiotic story.
The premise in itself is the story, why did they have to delve into nonsense?
