You can order a cheap plug in device from China that allows you to override the system and steal the scooters.
Once that knowledge gets around you wont be able to find one in Baton Rouge anymore.

When the bikes were a big thing. Kept seeing bums on them. Wondering how they had a phone to unlock them etc. Then I started seeing parked ones with the metal bar locking the tires cut off. Ha.
The chinese are going to wipe us bad sooner or later. First they dump all the excess bikes on us, and then scooters, making money. Then they sell ways to circumvent them. Sneaky buggers
