I think I might have actually enjoyed the solo books more than the first law series. And I really loved First Law.

After a First Law reread + solos, I think I actually might put Abercrombie above GRRM on my fantasy author list. Or favorite writers of all time in general because most of them are fantasy writers Nobody will ever top Tolkien for me, but Abercrombie is just a brilliant mind with a wonderful writing style and knows how to make amazing characters. And he hasnt pissed me off like GRRM has.
