Yep, the wrong guy...wrong guy as in two friends go to the mall together, both packing heat, to meet someone to settle some shite (where there’s hundreds of innocent people around). Both guys pull out their guns but only one pulls the trigger, eventually hitting his target along with an innocent 12 year old girl, then both guys take off running. One of the guys (the one that didn’t pull the trigger) is still mouthing off and waving his gat around when a cop steps out and wastes his punk arse.

I'm assuming that this is speculation on your part.
I would prefer to wait until the facts roll out before stating something.
Then again, maybe you have way more info than me.
