If you put your recipes on Google drive, you can organize them into folders by category. Then you could turn on link sharing and share with the board.

Have you considered that this might be a situation where you consult some outside assistance? Seems like an awful lot of data to maintain. Perhaps a database consultant or cookbook publisher could do the heavy lifting with the transition.
