trump should declare this a national security threat and that would allow full funding of the wall under homeland security emergency spending rules

Because Either :
A) Trump is bluffing, and thoudands of 'migrants' get through, opening the door for Soros to continue in North America what he started in Europe
or
B) Trump isn't bluffing, and there are a bunch of eerily perfect photos of women and children (which are like 5% of the total caravan) being hit accidentally with pepper spray, and he can use that as a 'Gotcha! Lookit the Nazis!" card.
Stop being stupid. The man had his people create an app for North Africans to use that showed them where and how to gain passage on boats crossing the Mediterranean. That's a documented fact. And you can see the 'migrants' getting off of charter buses near the border. Are you being willfully ignorant? Who the frick do you think got those people together and rented them buses?
