Bon Secour Fisheries sells them by the 100 or 50 count box. Not sure if they carry Murder Point. P & J in Nola is also a whole seller for farm raised oysters. Murder Point has gotten into the wholesale business down in Bayou La Batre. The Zirlotts got into the oyster farming business after the oil spill slowed their shrimping business. They are more pricy than Gulf Oysters. If you bath your oysters in cocktail and hot sauce and throw them on a cracker, these oysters are not worth the price your going to pay.

We have been doing the red wine vinegar mix with these but to me they dont need anything. I havent even bothered to squirt lemon.
I like shucking them too. Some of them are hard to open but its a consistent spot to go in at.
