Most of Jerry Sullivan's time has been in the pros from what I can see.

He's obviously very highly regarded, but his expertise is in teaching pros to master their craft.

There's a different skill set involved in teaching college athletes the fundamentals. Some coaches, though very accomplished, are not suited for teaching raw athletes.

More likely (IMO) all the "no hands" college WR's got weeded out long before draft day.

Sullivan spent 20 years in the college game. The football is still the same as it was then.

We dont really need a coach anyway, we need a pitching machine that they have never used.
