re: Anyone have a sweet potato casserole recipe they want to share?

Here's a recipe a couple made at one of the Kegtoberfest's I organized. I'm not usually a fan of these types of sweet potato casseroles but this on was pretty good. The original recipe had milk and was substituted with crushed pineapple(not my idea and the pineapple version was what they brought to one of the huge dinners). It's almost a dessert really. I made it once in a pie for a dessert.
