What are some good dinner & lunch ideas for kids that are picky eaters?

1)stop trying to entertain them w/food. there's nothing wrong with rotating the same 5-10 meals that your kids like for regular weeknights.
2)you'll have to be more specific about their "picky-ness" to get any helpful suggestions. what do they dislike? texture, color, strong flavors, veg, etc.
