Weekly I Hate Cox Cable Thread

Internet out. They said there was an outrage. They then said it was all fixed. Still out. They evidently took away the ability for their tech to send a trend / outtage report to the engineers. So it is down but the engineers believe they fixed it.

At least the are willing to admit an outtage in this area and not just so random problem I'm having but I've been without internet since 6pm last night.
