See, I don’t think we need a total rebuild. I think we need an offensive Aranda. O has shown that he can stay out of aranda’s way. He has also shown he can motivate the team. You give o the dinardo/tepper ultimatum: make the change or you’re gone.
I think if we clean house we end up like uf or Tennessee.

O fired Canada. Canada had us in at 44th offensively running roughly 40% of his offense with a mediocre QB (I am an Etling fan too, btw). That is enough to tell me that O can not get out of his own way. He is what he is. I dont dislike the guy, but lets face it. He fired a guy who is an offensive coordinator who specialized in designing an offense to mask weaknesses and it worked. Imagine what he could do with a QB like Burrow?
