In Louisiana you can kill them. You don’t even have to drag them in your house. If you feel threatened, if they break in you are within your rights to kill them. Tucker needs to move.

also, when i was taking cc class, we were told of an instance when a drug dealer was purposely shot in the leg by a leo during a sting. they wanted him alive so he could testify. the dd sued law enforcement for the damages. the point was, shoot to kill
