And this is why the Republican politicians will NEVER get Roe V. Wade overturned. Making abortion illegal would be party suicide. They could lose a ton of voters who keep going to vote because they want to fight the good fight for all those dead babies. Those people wouldn't suddenly become liberal but I guarantee the numbers would drop drastically. For a lot of people it is the main reason they get out and vote Republican.

Then these people do not understand what overturning Roe does. It does NOT outlaw abortion. It merely reverts back to a states' rights issue. So, for those who are so against abortion, overturning Roe may actually serve their purposes better.
