Not saying O gets fired but he needs to admit Ensminger isn’t the man for the position and find someone with a current knowledge of offense, RPO, etc

Who the frick goes around giving coaches extensions 2 years into their 5 year contract? WTF is the point of a contract?
Its different if you are trying to keep other schools from comjng after him but nobody that can afford him wants him period.
Why is this Allevas big thing to throw out contracts with no abandon. That is why we are paying out so damn much money in buyouts. Its irresponsible and reckless.

Yeah, we are stuck with O for 4-5 more seasons. Learn to love it.
