Looks good, but why cook the veggies separate?

They were dry roasted, which I like. To cook them with the roast, they would cook in the broth, which is not the same, taste or texture.

Still good cooked in with the roast, but definitely different and not the taste or texture I wanted.

Hopefully that's your wife doing that. Don't be a cuck. They're only good for a couple things.

Do you have any idea how much arse one can pull if they can cook a good meal? MD, or any other man on this site who loves to cook, has company over and the female visitors have wet pussies while eating. But you go on and talk shite, kid.

I was going through your post and wondering why you made that decision but, the more I think about it and read your explanation, it makes perfect sense and is a really good call.

I’m with ya, roasting the veggies is much better than in the pot.

I am not for or against either method. I like both, but they are distinctly different in both taste and texture. We roast lots of vegetables. My favorite is probably roasted beets. Great sweet taste. really nice.

The wife bought Kohlrabi and roasted it (one of those white vegetables shown above - really good.

roasted beets

Oh, and Brussel Sprouts
